SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours from the time of your order from MONDAY to SATURDAY. If your order isn’t sent within 72 hours from the time of your payment, you can request the refund and you will receive all of your money back. We’re using standard postal service of Lithuania (https://post.lt/en).

For faster delivery options we use FedEx, TNT, DPD, UPS.

 

Countries in the central Europe will most likely receive packages in less than 5 days, countries from Wider Europe and USA or Canada will most likely receive packages in about a week.

Upon your order you will receive the tracking number and you will be able to track the order at https://post.lt/en/help/parcel-search.

 

Return & Exchange Policy.

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once your claim is approved:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item (if required)

Please note:

  • Items that are not defective cannot be returned

  • Products must not be used beyond inspection

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

We accept exchanges.

If you would like to exchange your item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs (unless the item is defective)

  • Any price difference for exchanged items

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

International Returns:

We do not refund International postage under ANY circumstances after the package has been dispatched. If the package is returned to us because you changed your mind, refused delivery or were unavailable for delivery or gave us the wrong details, the package will be posted back to us at your expense.

Customs:

It is your responsibility to check your Customs/Import regulations regarding tax, duty and permitted items. If you buy an item, we will send it assuming you have checked. There is no way we can know the rules for every country and region. This is your responsibility. If you order to an address that has been previously been used and a parcel has gone missing for whatever reason. If you order to such an address this is your responsibility and no refund will be given unless we receive the item back then we would refund just the item price and not the postage/shipping or any charges incurred by customs or for returning the item.

If it is returned because it is not allowed through your Customs Office, you will still be charged for postage and any inspection damage incurred.

If unsure, please contact your Local Customs Office before buying. This is your responsibility.
